A reference is only as good as its willingness to be wrong in public and fix it. If you find an error here, please tell us.
How to report one
Write to corrections@mythsource.com. The most useful report names the figure and the myth, quotes the line that is wrong, and points to a source we can read. You do not need all three, but the more you give, the faster it is fixed.
What happens next
A correction is made at the source, not patched on the surface. Because every claim traces back to a passage, an error can be traced the same way: to the sentence, the citation, or the source behind it. The fix is applied there and the page is rebuilt from it, so the same error cannot quietly return the next time the page is made.
Errors, and things that are not errors
Myth does not agree with itself. One poet gives a hero three fathers, another gives him one. Where the sources genuinely differ, that is not an error to be corrected, it is a dispute to be shown, and the page tries to show it rather than pick a winner. A real error is different: a date that no source supports, a name attached to the wrong figure, a citation that does not hold up. Those we want to hear about.
